Well, no, this is not my Halloween costume from this year, but the picture has a Halloween theme thus I choose to post it today.

I’m really fond of the Harry Potter world and I’ve collected props since last Christmas to create this set.
A few weeks ago it finally clicked when mom harvested the pumpkins and I came around realising this idea I’d been thinking about for so long.
I must say it feels good. And I think I will return to this theme – with or without pumpkins. Happy Halloween!

PS: No, Slytherin is not an evil student house. It’s the house that values ambition, cunning, leadership and resourcefulness. I’m apretty sure I’d end up being sorted into Slytherin if I enrolled at Hogwarts. Or maybe Ravenclaw, but if that’s what I have to choose from I think green and silver suits me better.

Belgian shepherd dog or malinois is the race called.
I’m a cat person really, but this type of dog seemed so nice I could imagine myself owning one.
But since it’s a shepherd dog I don’t know if it would be such a good idea. What would it herd at my place? Computers? Dust bunnies? Cats…?

Is it only me or does this look kinda like a post card? I think it does. In a good way.

It’s a really colourful autumn this year which is very enjoyable in my opinion. I like autumn. It’s my favourite time of year.
The only bad thing about autumn is that it can get really cold – and this year’s autumn is a cold one.
I like mild autumns better, but you can’t get everything you wish for. The colours are lovely anyway you look at them. You just have to wear thicker clothes.

And yes… Pumpkins. Pumpkins are so much fun, if you ask me. I mean, they’re orange! How can you not like them?
Good job, mom, growing them in the garden.
